SUNN O))) - KANNON

After collaborations with Scott Walker ('Soused') and Ulver ('Terrestrials') and especially their 2009 opus 'Monoliths & Dimensions' now comes the new work 'Kannon'. In good old Sunn o))) tradition co-producer Randall Dunn is back on board as well as Mayhem singer Attila Csihar, who was already guest vocalist on 'Monoliths & Dimensions'. Plus Oren Ambarchi, Rex Ritter, Steve Moore and others. Three epically beautiful tracks, and yet threatening like flowing lava in the mountain silence. The artwork this time is by Angela LaFont Bollinger, who already provided the fantastic cover image for the last The National album.
