Sault have been making mysterious blend of R&B, house and disco that has had all the head nodders thinking they've discovered some murky underground collective. Now that the cat is out of the bag that it is the guy who produces Adele, the band make a dramatic volte face on this, their sixth album veering off in a lush contemporary classical direction.
