Was so pleased with your service. My new vinyl album arrived in plenty of time. Was so well packaged that you could have dropped a bomb on it and it would have been safe. To also get a personal handwritten message on the package from one of your staff endorsing my choice made me feel a very special customer. Buying from you was a great experience!

Thanks for your lovely message, Stu. Our plan from the outset was to build a community(and friends), through the store. Our key focus is on communicating personally with customers, treat every record sale and presentation, delivery and care of the record, in a way that we would expect to get when we order records. We spend time on delivering as high a level of service to our customers, from the curation of inventory, suggesting recommendations, and ultimately delivering the records, to the best of our ability. We also look forward each week to meeting our customers in the flesh at the pop up store and further cementing relationships.
