Thanks for your lovely message, Stu. Our plan from the outset was to build a community(and friends), through the store. Our key focus is on communicating personally with customers, treat every record sale and presentation, delivery and care of the record, in a way that we would expect to get when we order records. We spend time on delivering as high a level of service to our customers, from the curation of inventory, suggesting recommendations, and ultimately delivering the records, to the best of our ability. We also look forward each week to meeting our customers in the flesh at the pop up store and further cementing relationships. It truly is a labour of love and to get such a lovely review, means such a lot to Al and I. So thank you, and hopefully see you soon!
